Dear participant,
we regret to see that you will not attend the Target Conference 2014. Please, read our cancellation policy carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Cancellation policy


Cancellation of full registration

To cancel your participation you need to inform the Local Organizing Committee by sending an email to loc_target@astro.rug.nl. Note, that the following reimbursement scheme will apply:

  • Cancellations received before September 30th, 2014 will be fully reimbursed.
  • Cancellations received between September 30th, 2014 and October 15, 2014 will be 50 % reimbursed.
  • Cancellations received after October 15th, 2014 will not be reimbursed.

Cancellation of conference dinner

In case you have signed up for the conference dinner but can't attend it due to unforseen circumstances, we can offer a reimbursement of the conference dinner charges, provided that you inform the Local Organizing Committee (send an email to loc_target@astro.rug.nl) before October 15, 2014. No reimbursement will be offered should you cancel your attendence to the conference dinner after this date.
